Wonderful starter bow and arrow for kids. The arrows really fly, but no one gets hurt! My grandson and granddaughter both love them. Quality product all around.

Everything is good. She had a smaller one that had a small guide to hold the arrow so it wouldn’t slip off when she held it up. Perhaps you could add something small to help keep the arrow in position. That may defeat the purpose of it being more realistic. Once she gets the hang of it though, I trust she’ll use it as much as her last one.

First of all, the product is perfect and gave my daughter a weekend of fun. Besides that, I received the best customer experience I have ever had from a business. I called last Monday to see how long it would take to ship to the West Coast, seeing if I would get it before the weekend birthday camping trip. The woman on the phone walked me through ordering, asked for my info, and told me she would get it out to the mail as soon as we hung up. She even told me about the discount code! Sure enough it was shipped a couple hours later and received that Thursday! It was a little gesture, but it went a long way. Thank you!!!
