The colored band is intentionally left open at the top to store secret correspondence or fragile keepsakes found along the way. Leaving your bow at home and heading for a hike? This item was purchased with (2) additional arrows as a birthday gift which was just opened September 9, 2020 and was missing the additional (2) arrows. The other (3) sets purchased were fully intact. Please forward to the shipping address provided the (2) missing arrows that were purchased. Thank you

Youth quiver

Order not received

I can’t review the order, it wasn’t received and your customer service was no help, advised it’s out of your hands and I need to contact the USPS. Package has been sitting in North Carolina for over a week. No offer to help or to reship my order. I’m sorry I would not recommend your product. Your support team doesn’t care.
