I bought these as a Christmas gift for my grandchildren, ages 7 and 5.I was inspired by your story. My grandkids are originally from NC.(military family). They are very active outdoors. They have yet to receive them as it is two weeks before Christmas,bit Grandma took them out and "test drove"it and I am sure they will love it.
