We ordered a rainbow bow, and my daughter was thrilled...until the bow snapped in two ten minutes after she received it. Two Bros immediately sent a replace bow and an extra arrow as well. We were so grateful for their excellent customer service. My daughter was a little apprehensive about using the new bow because she was worried about it breaking like the last one. So, it mainly sat on a shelf for a few weeks until she decided to try again yesterday. And...it snapped. In the same place as the first bow, just above the grip. I haven't contacted Two Bros; it just seems a bit pointless now. It's such a shame because the bows are beautiful, and I want to support the company, but the bows we received are not compatible with actual usage.
